Our website is provided for information about our products and to enable enquiries from professional customers. Please use it responsibly.
Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT and delivery unless stated otherwise. All orders are subject to availability and our written acceptance — a contract is formed only when we confirm your order. Payment terms are agreed at the point of order.
Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. If a product arrives damaged or does not match specification, please notify us within 7 days with photographs and your order reference, and we will replace or refund.
Our products are professional concentrates. Always follow the dilution guidance and test on an inconspicuous area before treating any surface in full. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or use contrary to our published guidance.
Green Clean® is a registered trademark. Website content is the property of Original Green Clean Products and may not be reproduced commercially without our written permission.
Our liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the products in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Contracts with our Swiss entity are governed by Swiss law. Contracts with our UK entity are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
