In the late 1980s, Roland developed what would become Green Clean Concentrate — one of the earliest multipurpose, toxic-free professional cleaning formulas in Switzerland. At a time when industrial cleaning meant harsh, hazardous chemistry, Roland's approach was different: a single high-dilution concentrate that performed across every surface and environment, without the hazard symbols that were standard on every competitor's label.
The formula was not a compromise. It was a deliberate technical achievement — a cleaning concentrate that worked as hard as anything on the market, formulated by someone who understood the chemistry well enough to remove what was unnecessary and keep what was essential.
The product Roland created in 1989 is still in production today. The formulation has been refined. The chemistry has not changed.
